Golf Scramble - FULL

1. Join a “The Pink Cadillac Team”

Teams of the same 4 participants in BOTH the Golf Scramble and the 20 mile bike ride.

$200/team or $50/pp
*Includes $10/pp discount on tickets to the Liz Barnez Concert. Participants only.

2. I’m a “Chipper” Golf Only

Create a team of 4 for the 9-Hole Scramble
$180 team or $45/pp
*Includes $5 discount to Liz Barnez Concert

3. I’ll take a “Bucket of Balls”

$10/large bucket of balls – Purchase on the day of the event

BIKE RIDE - 5 AND 20 MILE:

4. I’m a “Blue Cruiser” Cycling Only

Entry for 5 or 20 mile bike ride.
$25/pp *Includes $5 discount to Liz Barnez Concert
$15/pp if you are registered as a “Chipper” also.
$10/child under the age of 12, must be accompanied by an adult. Includes $5 discount to Liz Barnez Concert

NOTE: Golf scores will be tracked for the Pink Cadillac and Chipper Teams for Fun Prizes and acknowledgement at the concert.

Lunch is on your own. Mountain Vista Greens has a café and will accommodate a vegetarian option. Feel free pack your own lunch!

You can purchase a ticket in advance, orTickets will be available at the door if they are not sold out.

$22 Cover per person - SOLD OUT. MAY BE SOME TICKETS AT THE DOOR DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY. STANDING ROOM ONLY!

$10 Children under 12 years of age.

$250 Sponsor a Table. (sponsor tables are sold out, general admission still available) Reserved seating for groups of 10.

SPONSORSHIP: Businesses or individuals are welcome to sponsor this event.

1. Sponsor a Survivor – Have a Survivor in your life you’d like to sponsor in this event? Contribute their entry fees and provide recognition and a day of fun for them!

You can choose from any of the entry options for your contribution level.

2. Sponsor a Hole – Business or organizations can sponsor a hole at the golf course by making a contribution of $100 or more. A gentle reminder along the course of your commitment to this cause!

3. Contributor – Is there some reason you cannot participate on June 8, 2008? YOU CAN PARTICIPATE by making a contribution to this event. Your funds will be distributed to a survivor for the Fun Fund.
